Forman School Kicks Off 2024-2025 School Year

September 11, 2024

Forman School began its 2024-25 academic year on Wednesday, September 11th. Forman is a coeducational, college preparatory school dedicated to educating high school students and post-graduates who have learning differences, such as dyslexia and ADHD.

On Friday, September 6th, Forman welcomed new boarding and day students, who join a student body from 30 states and seven countries, including Bermuda, China, Italy, and Mexico.

“Our new students are the most eclectic and impressive group we have seen in recent years,” says Director of Admission Jaime Feinman. “They are coming with a wide variety of passions and interests from synchronized water skiing and trapeze artistry to Civil Air Patrol!”

The 2024-25 school year also marks the start of Amy Clemons’ tenure as Forman’s tenth Head of School. Amy joins Forman from Woodlynde School in Strafford, PA, where she served as the Head for five years. Forman also has several new teachers who bring diverse skills and expertise to the school community.

“I feel fortunate to be a member of the amazing Forman community,” says Head of School Amy Clemons. “It has been wonderful to welcome both our new and returning students to campus, and I look forward to getting to know each of them by being present and participating in all that makes this transformative educational experience life-changing for those who call Forman home.”

Forman School has an Open House on Monday, October 14. In addition, individual campus visits and interviews can be scheduled through the Office of Admission. Learn more here
