Webinar Recap: Experience the Forman Difference

On July 23, 2026, Forman School continued its webinar series with Experience the Forman Difference: Cognition, Learning, and Student Success, offering an inside look at our distinctive approach to educating students with language-based learning differences.

Head of School Amy Clemons opened the webinar by sharing Forman’s mission and commitment to empowering students through individualized learning.

Director of Cognition and Learning Dr. Kristin Simmers, who recently earned her Ph.D., then provided an overview of Forman’s research-informed approach to academic support, highlighting the innovative work of the Cognition and Learning Department and the integration of evidence-based strategies into every student’s educational experience. 

The webinar concluded with a live Q&A session moderated by Ryan Yursha, Director of Admission and Financial Aid. Together, the panel answered questions about academics, student life, the admissions process, and the many ways in which FormanÆs individualized approach sets the school apart.
